Your Hydro journey is based on 5 basic principles:
Soon after you arrive at The Hydro, you enter a consultation with one of our resident Health Advisors, each of whom is a qualified doctor of Naturopathy, so that you can discuss your medical history, lifestyle habits, typical coping mechanisms and health objectives.
A treatment schedule and nutritional programme may then be designed around your needs. Following this, at your own request, your progress may be monitored throughout your stay.
Although The Hydro does not recommend a frenetic exercise programme, you are also welcome to take advantage of a free fitness assessment during your stay. Your current level of fitness becomes the basis of guidance and support provided by our qualified fitness instructors.
As our guest, you are warmly invited to enjoy free participation in such activities as guided walks, aquacise classes in our indoor heated swimming pool, yoga and T’ai Chi, as well as Sitting in Silence sessions of guided mindfulness/meditation. Throughout your stay you also have unlimited access to our comprehensively-equipped fitness centre.
