MINDFUL EATING RETREAT

JOYFUL EATING: a 4-day Mindfulness Retreat

Monday 22nd – Thursday 25th May 2017

  • Are you tired of endless dieting?
  • Do you notice that stress causes you to eat compulsively and/or unhealthily?
  • Do you long for the freedom to eat whatever you want?
  • Are you stuck in a belief that good health is about denial?
  • Do you wonder why you keep gaining weight though you hardly seem to eat?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, this retreat can help you!

Within the safety and support of a small group:

  • Learn more about what motivates your current eating habits and begin building better ones
  • Discover how Mindfulness can lead you towards a new, sustainable relationship with food
  • Find peace, tranquillity and self-acceptance through meditation

Julie Deane-Williams is a registered dietician with more than 20 years’ experience and a certified Mindfulness facilitator.

 

Cost of 4-day Retreat

starting at Single Standard accommodation: R11 120

This retreat also includes:

  • 3 healthy vegetarian buffet meals per day ~ mid-afternoon detox soup ~ fresh fruit ~ vegetable juices ~ Cinnamon-and-ginger & rooibos teas throughout the day ~ chamomile every night.
  • Aquacise ~  T’ai chi ~ yoga ~ relaxation classes ~ mindfulness sessions ~ walks.
  • Access to facilities: indoor heated pool ~ outdoor pool ~ well equipped gym.
