The quality of our ingredients is top of our list of priorities and we are very fortunate to have access to the freshest seasonal ingredients grown on The Hydro premises in our own garden.
We try to keep our food simple and beautiful; to let the ingredients shine.
Our experienced team do a lot of the preparation in advance. We are as mindful of reducing stress in the kitchen as we are with doing the same for our guests. In fact, the team have become such an integral part of The Hydro over the years, that many are on first name terms with our longest-serving guests.
