Complimentary Pilates Classes in February 2020
During 10 -14th February, you can enjoy two complimentary Pilates classes per day as part of your stay.
Pilates targets deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.
Ideal for first-time exercisers, a slow controlled approach means it offers longer term results and is especially recommended by medical specialists for anyone with back problems.
Classes are taught by guest instructor, Rebecca Methley.
Rebecca has been practising pilates since 1997 following a back injury. Her favourite activities include running, swimming and golf. She decided to qualify to teach pilates following recovering from breast cancer and finding pilates the key to returning to full strength and activity. She enjoys seeing clients develop strength and flexibility and incorporate pilates into everyday life. “Pilates in beautiful surroundings is food for the body and soul and I love passing on all I have learnt about keeping myself healthy and strong enough to face whatever life throws at me.”
